Support and Specialzed Services consist of the Support Bureau, Finance/Personnel Bureau and Police Administration.

• The Support Bureau oversees tactical and investigative services including Narcotics, SWAT, Intelligence, Violent Personal Crime, Special Victims Section, Victim's Assistance, Forensics and Economic Crimes, as well as other support services including training, youth, gang, and crime intervention services. 

• The Finance/Personnel Bureau oversees Fiscal Management, Purchasing, Fleet, Auto Pound and Property and Records Management.  

• Police Administration oversees Internal Affairs, Special Investigations, Research & Planning, Contract Services, Information Management, Public Relations, Police Emergency Management, and Labor Management.
